IIANF is committed to workforce training: Volunteers are Needed!
IIANF supports Workforce Preparation for individuals seeking a career with an independent insurance agency or company. We support Northeast Florida high schools, colleges, and universities by speaking to students about the viability of a career in insurance. and providing volunteers and resources for the Invest Program.
IIANF assists in introducing insurance-related career opportunities to high school guidance counselors, teachers, students and their parents through the Duval County Public High School Career Fairs.
Volunteers are Needed: Invest Program at Jean Ribault and Fletcher High Schools. Requires just a few hours dedicated to sharing knowledge and career pathways with high school students.
If you are interested in assisting with Invest or a Career Fair, contact Margy Lang, IIANF Association Director at 904.993.7176 or [email protected]

What is InVEST?
The Insurance Vocational Education Student Training (InVEST) program has provided practical training and educational experiences to thousands of individuals throughout the United States for over 35 years, reaching over 8,000 people annually in more than 230 schools in 25 states.
The high school program offers business education courses featuring real-world principles to assist the student's talents and marketability in the job market. InVEST also serves as an information-intensive introduction to insurance at the community college level, and in vocational or adult education settings. In addition, InVEST is promoted by the Independent Insurance Agents of America (IIAA) as a beneficial service to the business community.
What's the Mission?
InVEST provides education about the insurance industry and its diverse careers, to encourage the development of trained insurance professionals and to create educated insurance consumers.
